On your D-day, you always adorn yourself and the best of ornaments, makeup and the pretty dress and if possible you will never come out of it but unfortunately you cannot do that and that's the reason why we have photographers, our life savers. They freeze the frame in your timeless beauty in a spellbinding way to create unforgettable lifelong memories. But you should know the correct poses which would make you look more pretty and will always be your favourite. We have analysed the need and here we are with 15 different poses a bride should click before her marriage
1. The Mehandi Shot
Mehandi plays a vital role in all traditions of marriage. Your hand would look perfect with those bangles, rings and all those jewellery blending well with the Mehendi and that would make a perfect shot. Always try to include the work of your lehenga or saree you are wearing because a perfect click always needs minute details.
2. The 'shy bride' shot
Ask your photo capturer to click a picture from the above angle where your shyness and the bridal beauty is glorified. It should be a candid shot to enhance the beauty of the picture. The one looking down always has all these characters. It will always show up the eye makeup and the matha patti.
3. The 'back beauty' shot
Your hair stylist needs a credit too right? The perfect hairdo for the day deserves a pic. It would be good if you look out the window or towards your bridegroom and take a back shot. This picture which would look ethereal is one among my favourite. To add on if your blouse got works on its back then GR-EA-AAT!
4. The 'change to a bride' shot
That particular shot where a girl changes herself to a bride is the most important shot. That moment would just grasp thousands of hearts where a girl adjusts her veil or the dupatta. You will not realise the importance but the photo will just look gorgeous by itself. This image would always stay in heart as you are transforming yourself into a woman.
5. The 'pretty shoes' shot.
Your lehenga or saree might hide the prettiness of your shoes and it's necessary to show people how many bucks you have spent on your shoes so always click the bridal image of shoes! Everyone love to ogle at shoes! I do love shoes. So why not click the leggy moment for posterity.
6. 'Oh you are twirling' shot
The glory of the lehenga is shown well when you twirl and it's one of the major favourite steps of the bride! (We know everything) So ask your photographer to click a picture so that your lehenga gets all the attractions.
7. The prop shot
Shoot with some props in hand or somewhere near you . You can ask the photographer to get some written placards or frames or anything interestingly creative that you could think of.
8. The 'show off' shot
The perfect saree, lehenga or the gown you are up to wear on deserves a special picture and that can be only done before you wear it. We know how much you might have spent the money, time and energy searching for an outfit. To add the awesomeness you can just hold it and peek from behind or you can just hang in on a wall which matches with the dress and then click!
9. The one with your girls
Girls have done so much for you and for your marriage. You will have lots of fun clicking pictures with them. You can cherish these moments if these memories are stored in a form of pictures then you can always laugh at the memories for years and years. You can also upload these on facebook as the display picture.
10. The Mirror shot
Mirror shots are too common and worth the cliche. Never pose for the mirror shot, your candid gestures are the best for these pics! The perfect time to take this is when you have done your hairdo and makeup because that's the time when you are ready but not actually ready!
11. The 'cool you' shot
Let people know that you have got no blues of marriage. Keep this shot in your must-click list because nothing is as rocking as you being happy. Remember one thing that you rule the wedding honey! Have much fun as you can have.
12. The full shot
That "OMG! You look wow" expression later when you see the album is so necessary. So this defining shot after you get all dressed and decked up is much needed. Be ready to pose and take a lot of candid clicks.
13. The Black and white shot
B&W has its own beauty. Every album should have a couple of Black and white images which just takes the breath away. Make something unique and click a picture in it.
14. Behind the chunri shot
Why not be a little of Bollywood style and capture few clicks with lots of drama? This pose will add glory to your splendour and this chunri will give a filter effect to the picture.
15. The lehenga spread out shot
Don't forget to pose with your lehenga or saree spread out and give it a beautiful twirl.
