Wedding can put a little stress on both the bride and the groom. As the day approaches you may lose sleep, eat less or start binge eating, you may suffer from sudden acne breakout etc... Don't worry it’s because you are stressed and your body is reacting to it.

We know that the wedding needs a lot of planning, but don't wear yourself out with all the preparations. You can't be physically present at each and everywhere to organise the wedding. Share the burden with your family or close friends you trust the most. Ask for a little help from your family to create a budget list and checklist.

Some brides and grooms have a tendency to get involved in new stress buster routines. It could, in turn, be physically and mentally exhausting. So don't try out a new diet, yoga or exercise regimens if you are on a short notice. Follow those things which you have been following to relax. You are licensed to experiment if your wedding day is not that close. Sometimes a heart to heart with your best friend could be your stress buster. Practicing meditation is also good for your mental health.

Keep yourself dehydrated. It is a real must, water would not just act as a stress relief it will also help your skin to attain a certain glow. Add lots of liquid food and fruits to your diet. Eat healthy. As we said don't try any crash diet just days before your wedding. But try to keep away from sweet and oily food. And don't worry much about weight; try to accept yourself as you are.

Eat and keep yourself dehydrated especially on your wedding day. Not eating is the worst thing you could do to yourself on your wedding day. Hello, do you want to end up nauseous and dizzy on your own big day? Keeping your body healthy will, in turn, help you to feel relaxed.

 

Keep yourself surrounded by your loved ones and friends. It is really good for your mental health.  If you have time go for a relaxing massage. Go for long walks.

 

Switch off your phone at night and stop the habit of watching TV in bed. Get sufficient sleep. Get rest for at least 8 hours every day. This will definitely relax your body and mind.
