We love weddings that ooze lots of colour fun and elegance. That is why we love Jeena Davis and Pramod George's wedding pictures a lot.
Though they knew each other for two years, it was their families that united Jeena, who hails from Chalakkudy, and Pramod, from Kothamangalam, in holy matrimony.
Weddings are always a great occasion for get-togethers, especially if you have a great squad of fun loving family and friends. So the bride's family rented a nearby hall to celebrate the engagement eve in a grand way with lots of fun, games and music.
Jeena and Pramod got engaged in a religious ceremony on June 18, 2016, at the Mother Mary Church, Chalakkudy, which was later followed by a colourful reception at the Crescent Convention Center in the town.
Well, we didn't exaggerate when we say colourful, the rich hues of pink, peach, orange, beige and blue created a magic ambiance for the reception which was a sight to behold.
Jeena, who herself was in a pink Kancheepuram saree from Seematti, headed the colourful bridal group who picked peach, orange and beige outfits for the occasion. She accessorised her look with a stunning necklace from Bhima, Edappally.
Well, the groom's side was not far behind in the matter of colour coordination. As Pramod complemented Jeena in a cream bandhgala from Raymonds, the groom's side picked blue to make their presence felt.
The stage, decor and the cake were in accordance with the colour theme. It was Watermark Events who planned, organised and created the great atmosphere for the function. And the life-size caricature of the soon to be bride and groom they placed at the entrance of the venue won many hearts.
For the wedding, which was held on June 25, Jeena mesmerised everyone in a bridal gown by Zatin, Kochi. It was a custom-made gown with a long trail.
Her diamond choker from Bhima went well with the serene gown and the 'manthrakodi', a maroon Kanchipuram saree from Seematti, was accessorised with gold jewellery again from Bhima.
Now, it was the groom sides' turn to experiment with the hues of pink and this time the bridal party picked blue and green.
The wedding venue was St George Cathedral, Kothamangalam, and the reception that followed the religious function was held at the parish hall and the blue decor of the venue actually complemented the bridal side.
Thus Jeena and Pramod's big day was filled with love elegance and fun which made it a memorable experience for all the guests.
