Cleaning, Toning and Moisturising will ensure that you remove the residue of pollution you are carrying on your face and body. You can treat your zits slowly at this stage and also prevent new breakouts by keeping your skin neat and clean. Toning helps to tighten your skin and moisturising will make it hydrated. Never miss this routine throughout your wedding preparations. You can also choose the right spf to protect your skin from tanning and sunburn.
# Hair Removal
Hair removal is the best way to get a smooth and supple skin. Never keep your hair removals for the last minute. You may get rashes after a waxing session and it may take 2 to 3 days to completely clear up. You can do an ice treatment, to help. If you are using hair removal creams, do patch test before and never try something new when you are near to your special day. Start a routine 3 months before so that your body gets used to it.
#Hands and Feet
While taking care of our face, we often forget to take care of our other body parts. In the hassle of wedding, hands and feet get maximum pressure. Doing manicure and pedicure regularly is a must for every bride to be. You can either do it at home with natural ingredients like soap, warm water and manicure tools or seek the help of a professional for the same. You can exfoliate your body and use a pumice stone for your feet. Wash your feet daily with warm water and soap and also apply a moisturiser to avoid getting dry hands and feet. Apply a nail polish if you want to, or leave it as it is till your wedding day approaches. This will helping getting rid of yellow stains from nail polish residue.
#Make up Kit
Rather than depending on your beautician, buy your own cosmetics for your wedding day make up. You will not get allergies or side effects from used or chemically strong make up items. The brushes and puffs used by the beautician may not be the disposable ones. This may be the carrier of many skin diseases too. If your skin is adapted to specific brands, it is not a wise idea to try new ones on your special, even if it is of high quality.
#Healthy Diet and Work out
Eat healthy is the main motto for the time. You can follow a work out regime to stay active and healthy. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Include more green leafy vegetables in your diet for better bowel movements. You should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Stay hydrated even on the wedding day as it will help the skin glow. You can join a gym, if you have specific fitness goals in a limited period of time like weight gain or weight loss before wedding.
