Your wedding is fast approaching and you want to look your best on the big day, having a flawless skin will be one of your top priorities. Following a clean and healthy diet should top your list if you want to have beautiful skin.
Here are some tips for your pre-wedding body preparation.
Keep away from caffeine, sugar, dairy, and processed foods. Replace all these with a lot of vegetables which are rich in fibre because they support the skin's elasticity, have at least 3 litres of water every day.
Start your day by drinking hot water with freshly squeezed lemon juice. It helps to stimulate the digestive tract.
Practice yoga or exercise for some time to energise your body and tighten the skin.
Eat a breakfast which will keep you satisfied without weighing you down. Have a cup of green tea with it.
If you want a little snack before lunch, eat a fiber-rich fruit instead of canned snacks.
If you are in office don't sit in a place for long, take short breaks and stretch legs.
At the noon hours have a salad and balance it with a protein-rich lunch. Go for a 20-minute walk after it.
At the snack time have a vitamin-packed vegetable juice which would keep you feel full until dinner time. Have a long walk in the evening to unwind and ease all the tensions of the day.
Have a healthy dinner with full of lean protein and fresh veggies. It is better to enjoy the dinner with your family sitting around a table instead of the TV.
Make sure that you get enough sleep after a long day.
