Brides embracing the reverse jewellery trend

Nov 8 2018     By Asha Parvathy

Jewellery is one of the most important accessories for a bride, especially a traditional Indian bride. There are a wide variety of jewelleries available for an Indian bride. But would you love to wear a jewellery on the back of your blouse?

Yes, it is one of the latest trends among the Indian brides. Actually, it is a revamped trend. This trend has been introduced by the erstwhile Mughal and Rajput princess centuries ago. But it lost its teeth in the later centuries.

The trend has been reintroduced by many Hollywood stars who walked the red carpets with this style.

Well, many present generation Indian brides are experimenting with this look to make them more elegant. It would look good especially on the Indian brides because of the wider neckline of the blouse which is paired either with a saree or lehenga.

Gold and precious stones are usually used for this royal look. Either you should layer the chains in an aesthetic way or use a layered jewellery to get the look.

The ends should be pinned inside the blouse so the layers would look like a part of the design.

Pearl strings will go better with pastel coloured blouses while the rich colours preferred by Indian brides can be paired with gold.

But don't forget to put your hair in topknot bun to show off the jewellery.

So girls, embrace this reverse jewellery trend with style and pomp.
