6 different wedding saree colors that Kerala loves!
The god's own country is known for its grace and elegance. Weddings are always luxurious, grand and splendid in India. But, Kerala weddings are comparatively simple in rituals and less in time. Whether it is a Hindu wedding, Muslim Wedding or Christian wedding, the brides have regular opted choices of saree colors like red or white kasavu saree (Hindu), green (Muslim) and white (Christian). But now, we all have moved global and pastel colours and vibrant shades have taken their roles without any religious intervention. #1 Multicolor wedding saree
Multicolor sarees are trending for some time now. Heavy jewellery with the embroidered blouse will give the bride that grand look any bride would look for. You can also go for some artistic work in the saree to make it exclusive.
#2 White and Red color
The traditional set saree or kasavu saree is white and golden border. But, the dull look may not give the bride that happiness of wedding celebrations. So, go for a white and red saree. The red pallu will have designs in golden and the red blouse to complement will complete the look. This saree has a twin look with the traditional Bengali saree.
#3 Orange /Pink color
Those who are bored with the common red color wedding saree, opt for the rani pink or orange these days. The saree will be in orange/pink colour throughout. The pallu and blouse will also be in the same color. You can add heavy embellishments in the blouse to make it look more stunning. This will make the saree traditional and contemporary at the same time.
#4 Pastel colors
Christian weddings used to have guests who are wearing pastel colors. But now, despite the religious sentiments, all the brides are choosing light shades like peach, lemon yellow, pista green, baby pink, mint, etc to get that elegant look. The gold jewellery should match the saree to get that perfect bridal look.
#5 Golden saree
The full golden saree is trending in the wedding industry for quite some time now. The bride can choose a golden blouse or royal colors like red, green, blue or pink ones as per her choice. If contrasting, the bride will have a modern stylish look and if golden, she will look more to the antique traditional style.
#6 Dual tone saree
You can go for double shade saree if you can carry them well. The saree will be in one color in the top part and another in the bottom. You can opt for any of those colors for the blouse or a completely contrasting color to make the look completely different and gorgeous. This will look amazing with some antique jewellery. It can have one shade as global color and the border can be contrasting too.
